Some days later from the day when I completed three-month coaching sessions with great relief, I was unexpectedly faced with the passing of my beloved dog. I am going to write about this event that led me to an awareness of trust and letting go, as well as the experiences of giving him Animal Reiki at the very end of his life.

On 4 July, my beloved dog turned 19 years old. Over the past year, he has been a source of support during my breast cancer treatment. To commemorate his 19th birthday, I have just submitted an application for the Long-Lived Animal Award to the Japan Society for Animal Welfare. Yesterday evening, I did distant meditation/healing with my friend, Sara, from Italy, for Anna who has recently passed away. I became friends with Sara during the craniosacral therapy course I took in Italy in 2017.
