Brain Gym® is educational kinesiology and consists of goal setting and physical activities for integrating the brain and the whole body.
It is very effective to balance the brain and the whole body and strengthen their connection in order to take action with the potential fully optimized.
Brain Gym® is deeply related to Five elements and meridians.
This is a handy practice to integrate the brain and the whole body using positive affirmations and movement corresponding to each element and meridian.
<How the session proceeds>
1) One affirmation is picked up using five colors corresponding to five elements.
2) Connect with a physical sensation related to a feeling, while having the affirmation in mind.
3) Touch tips of each finger with the affirmation articulated and then touch positive points on the forehead.
Activate each meridian whose start or end point located at the tips of each finger in order to make the affirmation permeated in the body.
4) Ring a pair of tuning forks corresponding to the selected element (yin and yang) to activate the energy field around the body.
5) Connect with a physical sensation again to acknowledge the change.
6) Close the session with PACE, 4 simple activities from Brain Gym® to be centered and start a day.
70% of our body consists of water. The purpose of this session is to make the body fluid smoothly flow by guided meditation.
Water and emotions are closely intertwined, and when emotional balance is disrupted, it affects not only the flow of bodily fluids, but also that of the nervous system.
According to Native American philosophy, the water within our bodies seeks to harmonize and balance with all the water in the universe.
During the session, guided meditation helps you visualize the flow of a waterfall, directing your awareness inward to regulate bodily fluid flow.
When the flow in your body is harmonized, a new good flow would also be brought into your life.
<How the session proceeds>
1) While watching a video of waterfall or the sea, focus on the emotions you wish to release.
2) Visualize a waterfall cascading from the top of your head to your toes, consciously relaxing each part of your body one by one.
3) Touch the facial points from the chin toward the forehead. While taking deep breaths, visualise the flow of water and release your emotions.
4) Visualise the waterfall pool. Move your feet, imagining any residual residue flowing into the river, and picture the water becoming clear as it flows.
5) Positively visualize how you wish to spend the day ahead.
To conclude the week, let's meditate to calm the mind and build energy for the weekend ahead.
Using yoga breathing techniques, mudras (hand gestures), and Reiki, we harmonize and expand the energy field surrounding the body.
The energy field is a magnetic field created by the wavelengths emitted by thoughts and emotions, influencing not only our own health and life but also those close to us and our environment.
The magnetic field emitted by the heart is the most powerful (some research suggests it extends up to a diameter of three meters), so holding feelings of love, peace, and gratitude can bring harmony to those around us.
If you wish to send energy to your pets or family members, please bring a stuffed toy.
<How the session proceeds>
1) After consciously relaxing each part of your body, calm your mind using yoga breathing techniques.
2) Perform one of the following exercises. If you wish to send energy to your pets or family members, use a stuffed toy.
・Focus on the heart and visualize the colors green or pink. Imagine sending energy from the heart and receiving it.
・Focus on the third eye and activate the pineal gland. Intend to attract what you desire.
3) Spend some quiet time practicing yoga mudras (hand gestures).
4) Focus on the torus (circular energy field) to activate the energy field around your body.
