Light touch Reflexology
Here at Cosmic Sole Tokyo, a session of reflexology with light touch is offered which I learnt in England. Light touch reflexology will have a good effect not only on the physical body, but also on the mind and the emotion.
The aim of the session is to offer an opportunity for you to positively move forward as well as to enjoy relaxational time. There is a 30-minute counselling time to reflect on your goal, whether and how you want to move, by selecting your affirmation.
Powder and oil are used for treatment. Other optional products can be used upon request. Please see here.
1) Reflexology for Women
(30 minutes for counselling, 50 minutes for treatment）20,000 yen
Before starting treatment, there is a counselling time for you to reflect on the state of the mind and your goal using five-elements methods and colors.
The following three methods are used during the treatment. Let's pamper yourself!
- Chakra balancing for emotional balance and energy flow
- Lymphatic drainage for detoxification
- Releasing the blockage on the spinal and pelvic reflexes
2) Full Reflexology
(30 minutes for counselling, 60 minutes for treatment）22,000 yen
Enjoy full reflexology the idea of which comes from a famous reflexologist in South Africa, Chris Stormer's Language of the Feet.
By receiving a full attention and care to the feet, you will find yourself fully energized.
3) Maternity Reflexology
(1st session: 30 minutes for counselling, 45 minutes for treatment）20,000 yen
(From 2nd session on: short counselling, 45 minutes for treatment）18,000 yen
For pregnant mothers or mothers who have experienced delivery within 6 months.
The following three methods are used during the treatment, giving an attention to the uterus reflex where the existence of your baby appears.
- Chakra balancing for emotional balance and energy flow
- Lymphatic drainage for detoxification
- Releasing the blockage on the spinal and pelvic reflexes
*At the end of the 3rd session, 15 minute reflexology lesson will be offered for free for your partner to give reflexology to you, or for you to give reflexology to your baby.
Craniosacral therapy

We offer a session of craniosacral therapy using Aura-Soma®products (pomanders＆quintessences).
The aim of the session is to offer an opportunity for you to positively move forward as well as to enjoy relaxational time. There is a 30-minute counselling time to reflect on your goal, whether and how you want to move, by selecting your affirmation.
Please note that Aura-Soma® consultation based on the selection of four bottles is not offered.
Metamorphic Technique®
For people who want to make a transformational step forward, being released from the habitual pattern.
Good for receiving a session around your birthday or with someone you love. No counselling is included in the session.
