Brain Gym®
Brain Gym® is educational kinesiology and consists of goal setting and physical activities for integrating the brain and the whole body.
It is very effective to balance the brain, the whole body, and their connection in order to take action with the potential fully optimized.
Sessions currently available are for those who have experienced Brain Gym® or similar modality previously. Please enquire for the availability if you have no experiences.
Light touch Reflexology
Here at Cosmic Sole Tokyo, reflexology session with light touch is offered which I learnt in England.
Light touch reflexology will have a good effect not only on the physical body, but also on the mind and the emotion.
The aim of the session is to offer an opportunity for you to positively move forward as well as to enjoy relaxational time.
There is a 30-minute counselling time to reflect on your goal, whether and how you want to move, by selecting your affirmation.
