Light touch reflexology session to fully relax and energize you and help you find space where you can meet your soul deep within. As sole and soul are pronounced the same, it is believed that sole has a connection with soul, and in this respect, applying Aura-Soma bottle on foot would be a powerful way to empower yourself. You can bring the bottle back home and keep using it as a self-selected product for your body.
The technique used in Cosmic Sole Reflexology is based on that I learnt at the course of Maternity Reflexology by Susanne Enzer. According to the Maternity Reflexology, feet have a strong connection with pelvis and in this treatment, not only reflexes of the whole body, but also those of pelvis are to be stimulated. As pelvis is an important body part where instinct dwells and action is first impelled, stimulating this with light touch would impact the whole body - Light touch is actually a powerful way of touch in working on the mental/emotional/spiritual plane. In addition, two unique and important technique of Endocrine balancing and Lymphatic drainage are used, which would benefit women regardless of age or pregnancy. Our endocrine and lymphatic system is frequently affected by our emotional status and having a reflexology treatment would help to make the flow smooth both physically and emotionally.
How the session proceeds
(1) Select 4 bottles and then receive 30-minute consultation based on these bottles:
1st bottle: your mission and purposes
2nd bottle: your gifts or challenges
3rd bottle: your current condition
4th bottle: what you could obtain in future
(2) Select one from the following courses to have treatment using your selected bottle to enrich you with the bottle contents.
(3) A consultation sheet to summarize the consultation will be given. You can take the selected bottle with you.
Hand treatment (10 minutes)
To try out a session at Cosmic Sole Tokyo using a pomander and a quintessence.
Basic reflexology (30 minutes)
To enhance the overall health and harmony by stimulating each foot reflex.
Spinal reflexology (45 minutes)
For those who want to make a step forward by stimulating a spinal foot reflex to release a habitual pattern, and a pelvic reflex to move. Chakra system will also be balanced.
Chakra & lymphatic reflexology (45 minutes)
Good to release the debris accumulated in a stressful environment For those who have already taken a new action. This will strengthen the immune system and enhance the balance in body-mind-spirit.
Note: Please refrain from selecting this treatment for those who have disorders in heart or kidney.
Full reflexology (60 minutes)
Based from Chris Stormer's Language of the Feet to fully balance the body-mind-spirit.
Maternity reflexology (45 minutes)
For those pregnant mothers or mothers who have experienced delivery within 6 months.
For pregnant clients:
Sessions available from 2nd trimester to two weeks before due date (or one month before due date for the 1st session). Please consult your doctor before booking a session.
Free reflexology lessons for your partner to give you a treatment or for you to give a treatment to your baby
For those who have received three sessions of maternity reflexology, you can have a 15 minute reflexology lesson for free.
You can select either of below:
- for your partner to give you a treatment before delivery
- for you to give a treatment to your baby after delivery
Discount for repeaters:
If you come back to the session within one month from the last session with a selected bottle, you can have this session for a discounted price. (Please see Menu & Price.) Not applicable to Hand reflexology course.
